Now Hiring: Licensed Therapist (LGPC, LCPC, LCSW-C)

We are looking for a flexible clinicians who value working independently and working together to share ideas, collaborate, and contribute to good morale. The ideal candidate is warm and open, culturally competent, diversity affirmative, and can work with individuals, couples, families, and a wide variety of ages. This is a contractor position, and compensation will be based on a fee-for-service split. Work hours and schedules may vary depending on client needs and clinician preference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth

• Develop and implement treatment plans; monitor client progress

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation (COMAR compliant; within 24–48 hours)

• Collaborate with external providers as needed

• Maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries
